After the unjustified FBI raid, initiated by some rogue elements in our government, we have filed several requests with the FBI for reimbursement of damages and for information. Every single one of them was denied! We have also reached out to our elected representatives in Congress and in the Senate. We asked for help to rectify this injustice and to hold those responsible accountable. With one exception (see update below) every single one of our pleas for help has been turned down! Congresswoman Susie Lee is the only one to listen to our concerns and to promise to help.
We have also reached out for help to a number of non-profit organizations such as ACLU, Institute for Justice, Electronic Frontier Foundation and others. None of these organizations was willing or able to assist.
I am not saying that our entire government and justice system is broken. But seeing how well the rogue elements play this game makes me wonder how broken the system really is...

02/27/2023: My complaint with the Office of the Inspector General of the DOJ ignored - The response letter from the OIG claims that my formal complaint about FBI over reach and procedural mistakes was forwarded for further action... to the FBI!!! To the very agency I am complaining about!!!
08/23/2023: Response to my complaint from the FBI Inspection Division - It took the FBI a full 6 months to respond and to essentially blow off my complaint. I have responded asking for clarification what they are referring to by stating that "this matter has already been reviewed by the United States Department of Justice". I am not aware of such a review, nor have I heard anything regarding my case besides this letter.
12/02/2022: FOIA Request for my information denied - Because there is an investigation they refuse to provide information about that investigation. How convenient!
12/22/2022: My request for restitution denied - My request for reimbursement for the damage the FBI goon squad caused in two of my homes was denied. During the search we were assured that we would be reimbursed for the extensive damage. One of many lies!
02/16/2023: FOIA Request for Linda's information denied - My girlfriend Linda has nothing to do with my Dreamland Resort web site (which we assume is the reason for the investigation). Yet, her request for her FBI file was denied as well!
10/30/2023: Congresswoman Susie Lee's inquiry about our case stonewalled - The office of Congresswoman Susie Lee was kind enough to inquire about our case with the FBI on our behalf. But apparently the FBI is so above the law that they don't even have to answer to a Congressperson! The system is seriously broken!
Various news outlets and private individuals have also requested information about the raid from the FBI and OSI. They were all denied! If they have nothing to hide, why won't they share information about my case?!
01/09/2023: Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada - She states that she cannot help us because our case is not a federal matter. Lady, it does not get any more federal than the FEDERAL Bureau of Investigation! Useless!
01/09/2023: Congressman Steven Horsford, NV District 4 (Rachel) - He incorrectly states that Rachel is not within his district. Apparently no one has informed him that his district extends past North Las Vegas. Follow-up see below.
01/09/2023: Senator Jacky Rosen, Nevada - Reply to Linda. Senator Rosen says she cannot help us because our case is a legal matter. No shit! That is why we are asking for help, lady! Useless!
01/10/2023: Congressman Steven Horsford, NV District 4 (Rachel) - After I referred him to a map on his own web site he reluctantly admitted that Rachel is not only in his district, but right smack in the center of it. Still, he did not offer to help. When I followed up asking for assistance I never got a reply. Beyond useless! I am still trying to figure out what a "consentient" is?!
01/10/2023: Senator Jacky Rosen, Nevada - Reply to me. Same BS response as above to Linda. At least she is consistently useless!
01/11/2023: Congresswoman Susie Lee, NV District 3 (Las Vegas) - A request to fill out a release form. Update 06/30/23: We finally heard back from Congresswoman Lee 's office. I just spoke with a very nice young man of her staff who listened to our concerns and promised to help. It is great to see that at least one of our elected representatives genuinely cares. I am hopeful that Congresswoman Lee will be able to help us straighten out this mess.
01/24/2023: Senator Rand Paul, Kentucky - Senator Paul is an outspoken opponent of government over reach. We were hoping that he might be interested in looking into this clear case of over reach but instead he referred us to our Nevada Senators because we are not his constituents. I am tempted to point out to him how useless his colleagues from NV are. But I am sure he sees that every day!
03/14/2023: Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada - Her office had the nerve to ask for our feedback to their assistance. Lack thereof is the word! At least she knows how to spell "constituents". Yes Congressman Horsford, that is how it is spelled!
05/23/2023: Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo - He cannot help because our case is a FEDERAL matter. I wish he would have told Senator Cortez Masto (see above). Useless!
